This weekend I went to the local electronics store and was actually there because I wanted to buy a rice cooker. However I decided to have a quick around the computer section. There was a huge range of wireless USB mice. Since I have been using my laptops heavily over the last few months I have started to get an uncomfortable feeling in my right hand which I am putting down to heavy trackpad use. So I though now was a good time to invest in a wireless mouse.
I have been using a Logitech USB camera and mic for a couple of years and it works perfectly with both my Windows laptop and my Mac PowerBook so I was sure that this mouse would be fine for both too. Checking out the back of the packaging I was pleased to see that it works fine with either system. I probably could have saved some money if I had ordered on Amazon but when I saw the Logitech V450 Nano Cordless Laser Mouse, I knew that was the one I wanted so I decided to buy it there and then.
It comes with a couple of batteries included so it has everything required to work straight out of the pack. I simply connected the tiny USB stick into my computer, fired the batteries into the mouse, flicked the switch on the underside of the mouse to “on” and I was flying. Literally. The one thing I had to change was the mouse tracking speed. It was just a little too fast for my liking.
I have only been using this product for a couple of days but highly recommend anyone who needs a new mouse to buy a Logitech V450 Nano Cordless Laser Mouse. It is fantastic. You can read the full technical specifications on Amazon. Personally I give it 5 starts. It was so simple to set up. There pretty much was no set up. And it feels great in my hand. It is a regular sized mouse. Not one of these tiny laptop mice. Nor is it a gigantic rat sized thing that seem to be growing in popularity. It has rubber grips on the side and really is just a great shape.
Perhaps it is that I have been without a mouse for so long that anything would have impressed me. This may well be the case. The Logitech V450 is only the second Logitech product I have purchased but like the camera it works well and exudes quality. Check it.
